昨今、グローバルビジネスが拡大し、日々目まぐるしく変わる経済動向の中で、タックスプロフェッショナルに求められる役割は多岐にわたっており、税理士資格に限らず、様々なスキルを併せ持つことが必要不可欠となっています。
EY税理士法人（以下、「EY TAX」）では、英語力、プレゼン能力、論理的思考力、クリエイティビティなど、グローバル人材としての総合力が問われるプレゼン大会Young Tax Professional of the Year（以下、「YTPY」）を毎年開催しており、現在YTPY2025年大会への参加者を募集しています。
YTPYは、税務に関心を持ち、なおかつグローバルなマインドセットを持つ才能あるタレントを支援するプログラムとして2010年より毎年開催されており、グローバル大会はオランダ（アムステルダム)等にて開催されていました。日本大会で優勝した方は、日本代表としてこの世界大会に参加することができます。

日本大会のファイナリストはオンサイトで開催されるグローバル大会に特別招待される予定です。開催国は後日発表いたしますので、ぜひお楽しみに！
グローバル大会では、世界60カ国以上から各国の国内大会を制した優勝者が参加し、プレゼンテーション、グループディスカッションを通して最も優れた参加者を“ヤング・タックス・プロフェッショナル・オブ・ザ・イヤー”として選出・表彰します。

With the recent expansion of global business and rapidly changing economic trends, tax professionals are required to fulfil a wide range of roles, and it is essential for them to possess a variety of skills, not limited to tax accounting.
EYTAX holds the Young Tax Professional of the Year (YTPY) competition every year to test the overall abilities of talent on a global scale, including English language skills, presentation skills, logical thinking skills, and creativity. YTPY is an annual presentation competition that tests the limits of global human resources, such as tax professionals.
YTPY has been held annually since 2010 as a program to support talented individuals with an interest in taxation and a global mindset. The global competition has been held in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) and other locations. Those who win in the Japan competition will have the opportunity to participate in the world tournament as representatives of Japan. The finalists will receive a special invitation to the global tournament, which will be held outside Japan. The host country for the global tournament will be announced shortly, so stay tuned! At the end, through presentations and group discussion, the overall competition winner will be selected and honored as the EY "Young Tax Professional of the Year".

「グローバルで活躍できる人材になりたい」「プレゼン能力、論理的思考力を磨きたい」と考えている大学生・大学院生の皆さんはぜひ奮ってご応募ください。

We are currently accepting applications for the Japan primaries of the Young Tax Professional of the Year 2025 competition, which precedes the Global event. Undergraduate and graduate students who want to become globally active and improve their presentation and logical thinking skills are encouraged to apply.
